Kintex-7

Kintex®-7 FPGAs provide your designs with the best price/performance/watt at 28nm while giving you high DSP ratios, cost-effective packaging, and support for mainstream standards like PCIe® Gen3 and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. The Kintex-7 FPGA is used in several FMC host boards by Innovative Integration to provide the main user FPGA.

The Kintex based hosts have a COM Express based CPU providing ethernet, displayport, SATA and USB.

The Zynq based hosts have ethernet, USB and RS232.

They all have at least one HPC FMC site and come complete with example code and optional VHDL source code.
