The Pluto XZU20 system-on-chip (SoC) module combines AMD InFO package MPSoC Zynq UltraScale+™ device with low power LPDDR4 SDRAM, eMMC flash, quad SPI flash, Gigabit Ethernet PHY, USB 3.0 and thus forms a complete embedded processing system in only 30×30 mm. This module is suitable for sensing systems, remote applications and industrial control thanks to the low-power profile and the capability of the AMD MPSoC.

Tiny SoC Baseboard ST11
The Pluto ST11 is a versatile base board equipped with interfaces (GbE, USB 2.0/3.0, MIPI, etc.) and features (boot mode selection, IO headers, etc.) that expose the functionality of the installed Pluto family SoM. With the ST11 base board, the user can choose the Pluto family SoM installed, then experiment with the SoM to quickly verify, set-up proof of concept demos or even integrate it within a larger system.
